We are looking for a Credit Card Sales to join our team at Smart Card Services. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible and contributes to smooth operations.
Call to the customers and sale our product to them
Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Generate leads through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Approach potential customers and explain credit card features, benefits, and offers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with the credit card application process and document collection.
Verify customer KYC documents and ensure accurate application submission.
Follow up with customers until the application is approved or completed.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and company procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and application issues.
Stay updated on new credit card products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
