We are looking for Telecaller Executives who can handle inbound/outbound calls and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products to customers. Responsibilities:Call customers and explain Ayurvedic productsConvert leads into salesHandle customer queries confidentlyMaintain daily call & sales recordsFollow up with interested customers Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and usage.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Update customer information and sales records in the CRM or database.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new Ayurvedic productsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Ayurveda/Healthcare experience is an advantage).
