Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be able to counsel prospective customers over phone calls, understand their requirements, and guide them with the appropriate solutions. Tele counsellors typically handle inbound/outbound calls, explain services, follow up with leads, and maintain customer records.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Counsel and guide customers regarding products/services.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Telecalling, Counselling, BPO, or Customer Support experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply.
