Tyro Technology is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain training courses and services clearly.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into registrations.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the admissions and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
