Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell Health Insurance products over calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Explain product features, benefits, and policy details.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI, or BPO Sales.

• Experience in Health Insurance sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Fluent in Hindi, English, and the local language.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
