Calling Target: 30 Calls/Day

Base Salary: ₹3,000

Incentive: ₹1,000

Total Monthly Payout: ₹4,000/month

4 Hours/Day

Daily Working Hours: 4 Hours/Day

Calling Target: 60 Calls/Day

Base Salary: ₹6,000

Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹2,500

Total Monthly Payout: ₹8,000 – ₹8,500/month

6 Hours/Day

Daily Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day

Calling Target: 90 Calls/Day

Base Salary: ₹9,000

Incentive: ₹4,000

Total Monthly Payout: ₹13,000/month

8 Hours/Day

Daily Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day

Calling Target: 120 Calls/Day

Base Salary: ₹12,000

Incentive: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000

Total Monthly Payout: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

Daily reporting with call recording is mandatory. Only effective connected calls—where the complete service pitch is delivered as per script—will be counted.
