Role Summary:
Contact registered users, understand their needs, and convert them into paid subscribers by recommending suitable premium plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to promote subscription packages
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right plans
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Build rapport and ensure a professional customer experience
• Achieve sales targets and conversion goals
