We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Shuddhy Infratech. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, and scheduling site visits. With a target-driven environment and great growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹45,000 + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and explain property details.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Maintain and update accurate records of calls and follow-ups in spreadsheets.
Communicate effectively with the sales team to improve the conversion process.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and company information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or above and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, convincing power, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage daily calling targets efficiently.
