Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Kasba. The candidate will be responsible for making sales calls and feedback calls to customers in a professional and polite manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

• Handle customer communication professionally

• Conduct feedback calls after service or interaction

• Maintain call records and updates properly

• Follow up with customers when required

• Support the team in customer engagement and lead conversion

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Polite and confident speaking ability

• Basic knowledge of customer handling

• Ability to maintain records and follow-up details

• Prior telecalling experience will be an added advantage
