Job Description: Telecaller (Sales / Customer Support)

Job Title: Telecaller
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience/performance)
Job Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services/products, generate leads, and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into bookings/sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/data.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Explain services/products, offers, and pricing clearly (as per script).

• Generate leads, qualify customer requirements, and close bookings/sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups via calls/WhatsApp to ensure conversions.

• Update call details, customer feedback, and status in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling/confirmation (if required).

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Good communication skills and convincing ability.

• Comfortable speaking in [English/Hindi/Bengali] (as required).

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets).

• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work with targets.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support.

• Experience handling leads from Facebook/Instagram/Website/WhatsApp.
