Job Title: VRM Intern – B2B Telesales (Bulk Hiring)

Location: Noida (On-site)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

🔹 About the Role

We are hiring VRM Interns (B2B Telesales) in bulk who will connect with potential POSP agents, manage partner relationships, and support sales growth through effective communication and coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential POSP agents and onboard them

Service existing POS partners to drive sales growth

Handle customer queries with quick resolution

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Support training and servicing processes for POSP

Achieve monthly sales targets

Take ownership of assigned sales channel

🔹 Qualification Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation Pursuing / Graduate (Any Stream)

Strong communication skills required

Fluent in Hindi & English (additional language is a plus)

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

🔹 Other Requirements

Open to candidates from any location

Must be willing to relocate to Noida

Highly motivated with a learning attitude
