We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and offers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives.
