Telecalling Executive

Designation: Telecalling Executive

Experience Level: 1–2 years

Department: Commercial

Location: BPTP Park Centra, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Salary Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to commercial/business queries

• Communicate with clients/customers to share information on products, services, and offers

• Follow up with leads and existing clients for commercial requirements

• Maintain accurate records of calls, queries, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and commercial requests

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as set by the team

• Update and maintain the calling database and CRM records

• Ensure a professional and courteous approach on every call

Key Skills Required

• 1–2 years of relevant telecalling/commercial experience

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal) — must

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping

• Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism

• Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work
