Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales leads. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Experience:
• Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer support.
