Job Title: Telesales Executive – Payday Loans (NBFC)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Payday Loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan features, assisting with the application process, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with NBFC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Payday Loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

• Assist customers in completing the loan application process.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or financial product sales preferred.

• Basic understanding of loan products / NBFC processes is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
