Job Summary:
ABC Paint Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Katedhan, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our paint products, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce paint products and offers

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively

• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business

• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions

• Achieve daily and weekly call targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

• Experience in telecalling/telemarketing is preferred (Freshers can also apply)

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

• Good teamwork and time management skills
