We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team at Sri Krishna Polymers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Generate and follow up with leads from B2B platforms and direct inquiries

• Explain product details, pricing, and company services to customers

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly

• Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch departments for smooth order processing

• Build long-term business relationships with clients

• Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Ability to manage customer relationships professionally

• Prior sales or telecalling experience is preferred

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
