Shift: Day shift , 6 days working

Role Overview

We are looking for Female telecaller to join our sales/customer, understanding thrie needs, and promoting our product/ services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling: Make outboard calls to leads and existing customers daily.

• Product pitch : Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers clearly.

• Lead Management: Update call details, follow-ups, and customer status in CRM/ Excel.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Customer Support: Handle customer queries, complains, and feedback politely.

• Data Accuracy: Maintain proper records of all calls and customer interactions.

Requirements - Female Candidates Only

• Education: 12th pass minimum, graduate or post graduate preferred

• Experience: 0-2 years experience as telecaller, freshers with good communication skills can apply

• Language: Fluent in Hindi and English.

  Knowledge of local language is a plus

• Skills: Good communication skills, confident voice, basic computer knowledge

• Other: Pleasant personality, target- oriented, and able to work in a team.
