Client Description:
Our clients include leading banks and NBFCs across India that offer a wide range of financial products including loans, credit cards, and insurance. These organizations are known for their strong market presence, customer-centric services, and competitive financial offerings.

Job Location: Delhi / NCR (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about financial products.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth processing of applications.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Good convincing and negotiation skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)

  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
