Job Title: Loan Sales Team Leader (TL)
Job Summary
The Loan Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. The role involves managing the team, generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of loan sales executives.
Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets assigned by the company.
Monitor daily sales activities and track team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and DSAs.
Provide training and guidance to team members to improve sales performance.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Sales Targets (Example)
Team Monthly Loan Target: ₹1.5 Crore – ₹3 Crore (depending on company policy)
Individual Contribution Target: ₹25–40 Lakhs per month
New Customer Acquisition: 15–25 customers per month

Skills Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Team leadership and motivation ability
Good communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of loan products (overdraft and Personal Loan)
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure

Graduate
Experience
2–5 years experience in loan sales (OD and personal loan)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in team handling
