Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated TeleSales Executive to contribute to generating sales for the company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Vibrato Lifecare products.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM software.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries, objections, and resolve issues professionally.

Coordinate with field sales teams and support them with lead generation.

Upsell or cross-sell products where relevant.

Key Requirements:

HSC/Graduate in any stream.

Proven experience as telesales representative or similar role is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Regional languages are a bonus).

Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.

Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
