We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing outbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into successful sales. Get a fixed in-hand salary ranging from ₹16,800 to ₹21,800 along with high performance-based incentives (₹40,000–₹60,000) and career growth opportunities in a supportive and energetic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call logs and sales records.
Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is UG / Graduate with 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales. The position requires strong confidence in Hindi communication, average English communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
