We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) Facilities. Experienced candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain and promote Personal Loan and OD Facility products.

• Understand customers' financial requirements and assess their basic eligibility.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and application process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until conversion.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.

• Coordinate with the processing/operations team for application follow-up.

• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Eligibility & Skills

• Experience: 0–6 months in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or financial services.

• Candidates with Personal Loan / OD sales experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can apply.

• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/lead-management systems.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
