Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and ensure timely responses.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.
