Key Responsibilities For Education Counselor :

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.

• Handle admission processes, documentation, and follow-ups.

• Meet enrollment targets and maintain conversion ratios.

• Maintain student records and update CRM systems.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.

• Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in education counseling, admissions, or academic advising.

Key Responsibilities For IT Tele caller:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.

• Explain company software products and services clearly.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule product demos and appointments.

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of IT/software products.

• Persuasive and customer-focused approach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (IT industry preferred).
