We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller to handle customer calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication. The role involves meeting performance targets, maintaining call quality, handling customer queries professionally, and supporting junior team members when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls and generate leads.
Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
Achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Follow up with leads and customers.
Assist and guide junior telecallers.
Ensure quality and process compliance.
Requirements: Good communication skills, customer-handling ability, target-oriented approach, and prior telecalling/BPO experience.
