Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview:-

We're looking for a Senior Insurance Sales Manager to lead high-value client relationships, with a strong focus on private clientele and luxury/premium car insurance. This role requires someone comfortable engaging with high-profile individuals, understanding their specific needs, and delivering a premium, discreet, and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and grow a portfolio of private/high-net-worth clients

- Handle luxury and premium car insurance sales — new policies, renewals, and claims coordination

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients through personalized, professional service

- Conduct private consultations/calls to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate coverage

- Ensure a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with high-profile individuals

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across insurance products

- Coordinate with insurers for smooth policy issuance, endorsements, and claims processing on high-value policies

- Mentor and support junior sales/service executives as needed

- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline reports

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

- 3+ years in insurance sales, with exposure to premium/luxury clientele preferred

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — polished and client-facing

- Strong understanding of motor insurance, especially luxury/premium vehicle policies

- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with discretion and professionalism

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with a high-touch, relationship-first sales approach

- Fluent in English and Tamil; additional languages a plus
