Job Description – B2B Sales Telecaller
Shyam Distributors is looking for an energetic and confident B2B Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting businesses, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses and potential customers.
Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads.
Explain products, pricing, customization and bulk-order options.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Hindi and English communication skills; Marathi is an advantage.
Previous B2B/telecalling/sales experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
