Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads for EV Scooters and Solar Panel solutions.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

• Understand customer requirements and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate follow-ups.

• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Update customer information, call records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement and closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
