Job Description:
Phenix Infracon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and assisting in promoting our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested customers

• Maintain and update customer databases regularly

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

• Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
