We are hiring for Telemarketing Assistant For M4marry - An online Matrimonial Portal Company, which is a division of The Malayala Manorama CO P. Ltd.

periodicals such as The Week, Vanitha, Manorama Yearbook, MagicPot, Tell Me Why, etc.

Mango and our Online ventures: manoramaonline, Onmanorama, m4marry, Horizon,

quickerala, etc. also are growing faster and are brand leaders in their respective category.

Locations: The M4marry office is located at Prakash Towers, 4th Floor, Behind Shoppers stop Building, Prakash Nagar Metro , Hyderabad.

Requirement: 10 candidates to join us in Hyderabad

Salary package: offered ranges from 15k - 22k (In Hand) + incentives + CTC will include PF/esi amount.

(In hand salary offered depends upon the candidate's experience and interview performance)

Desired Candidate Profile

● Sales flair and experienced candidates with 1 to 2 plus years of mandatory experience in Telesales

/ Telemarketing.

● Preference will be given to candidates with prior telemarketing experience dealing with profiles in any matrimony portal.(Ex Bharat Matrimony, Kalyan Matrimony, etc) or any tele sales Process like(Teleperformance, HDB Financial Services, Just Dial, Sulekha, etc)

● Should know to speak the regional Language fluently and English to communicate.

● Need to achieve targets for which incentives will be provided.

● Must be ready to Work at the office. (No Work from home option Currently)

● Working days : 6 days in a week with rotational off (may have to work on Sundays with a weekday off ).

● Working hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm/ 10:30 to 7:30 PM

● Preferring Immediate joiners.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

● Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and

suggesting the right product to the customers.

● Selling Membership packages over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters.

● Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

● Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.

● Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.

● Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.

● Strictly adhere to the process requirements
