Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Female Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional phone manner and the ability to handle objections with grace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers using provided leads and scripts.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products or services to address customer needs.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on warm leads and use negotiation skills to close sales or book appointments for the field sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls from customers, resolve their queries, and handle grievances professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call volume KPIs.
Requirements & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English and [Local Language]. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and a "never-give-up" attitude toward rejection.
