Job description:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote and sell products for Frenchige Grocery Store, one of the fastest-growing brands in the retail grocery sector. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Frenchige grocery products to local customers or retail shops

• Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly to customers

• Visit potential buyers in markets, residential areas, or retail outlets (if field sales)

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Collect feedback and report to the sales manager

• Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

• Sales or customer handling experience is a plus

• Willing to work in field (or telesales – specify)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
