About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecallers to join the Revenue Service Department of IndusInd Bank. The role involves contacting the bank’s existing credit card customers and convincing them to upgrade to premium, high-value credit cards based on their eligibility, needs, and benefits.

The bank will provide the customer database. The executive’s responsibility is to connect with customers, explain the benefits of premium credit cards, and successfully convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing IndusInd Bank credit card customers using the database provided by the bank.

• Promote premium and high-value credit card variants and explain their features, benefits, joining fees, and applicable charges.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card upgrade options.

• Use strong convincing and communication skills to convert interested customers into successful sales.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate call records, customer feedback, and sales updates in the system.

• Follow the bank’s sales processes, customer consent requirements, and compliance guidelines.

• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Up to 30 years.

• Education: Minimum Graduate

• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced telecallers and sales professionals will also be considered.

• Good verbal communication skills and a confident speaking style.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in an office-based telesales environment.
