Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and manage client calls from Just dial, online platforms, and other digital sources, addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.,

• Addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain the company’s services and certification solutions clearly.

• Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and successfully close deals.

• Maintain accurate client records and build long-term professional relationships.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

• Maintain daily calling reports and accurate records of all sales activities.

• Call the customer to introduce our services

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage, Google Sheet , Excel )

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
