Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and conducting property viewings and sales events.
Maintaining and updating client databases and CRM systems.
Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.
Identifying new customers via networking and lead generation techniques.
Handling problems and issues as they arise.
Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new clients.
Proven experience in real estate sales, requiring minimum 0f 2+ years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
Good analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and legal regulations.
