We are looking for a Tele calling Manager to join our team at Roinet Flexi Services Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹35,000 - ₹55,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with teams on day to day commitments and achievements.
One point Contact for the complete performance of the Team
Make sure every individual contributions is justifying the Cost to Company.
Team MIS reports and Individual MIS tracking updates day to day
Weekly review with Business head & National head on a weekly basis
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
