Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy professional to handle the full customer lifecycle—from the first sales call to ongoing support. You will drive revenue through outbound calling while ensuring our current clients remain happy and supported.
Sales: Conduct outbound calls to leads, pitch services, and close sales to meet targets.
Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone/email and resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow-up: Manage the sales pipeline and perform regular check-ins with existing clients.
CRM: Maintain clean, accurate records of all interactions and sales data.
Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal/written skills.
Sales Grit: A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
