We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at WELLNESS MAHOTSAV PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 + Incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.

• Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, referrals and partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

• Motivate the team and improve overall sales productivity.

• Handle client queries, concerns and negotiations effectively.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS.

• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maximize sales conversions.

• Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, assigning targets, developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, handling corporate clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
