Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and experienced Pharma Sales & Marketing professionals to develop Intra Life’s PCD Pharma Franchise business across India.

The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, new franchise appointment, existing customer development, sales growth, follow-ups and territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle PCD Pharma Franchise enquiries and leads

• Convert incoming leads into active franchise partners

• Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and digital platforms

• Understand customer requirements, territory and product interests

• Explain product range, monopoly rights, promotional support, schemes and company benefits

• Generate new franchise/distributor appointments

• Follow up aggressively on hot, warm and pending leads

• Prepare and share price lists, product lists, quotations and offers

• Negotiate and close orders

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Develop existing franchise partners and increase repeat business

• Introduce new products and speciality divisions to existing customers

• Identify vacant districts and potential markets

• Maintain complete customer and lead information in CRM

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Marketing and Management

• Follow up for payments and order processing wherever required

• Build long-term relationships with franchise partners

• Analyse competitors, customer requirements and market opportunities

Candidate Profile

• 1–7 years experience in Pharma / PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise Sales preferred

• Strong experience in telecalling, lead conversion and sales closing

• Good knowledge of the Indian pharmaceutical market

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in handling customers independently

• Must be target-driven and result-oriented

• Ability to manage a large number of leads and follow-ups

• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM and digital communication

• Hindi and English communication required; regional languages will be an advantage
