Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 2 - 6+ years (preferably in sales or team management)
