Position: Telesales / Customer Relationship Executive

Experience: 2-5 years (Interior/Construction calling experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers seeking interior design or construction services.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s services, pricing, and process.
Schedule site visits, meetings, or follow-up appointments for the sales/design team.
Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-ups in CRM.
Convert inquiries into qualified leads by building rapport and trust.
Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve basic customer queries.
Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to understand customer needs and communicate confidently.
Previous experience in telecalling, interiors, real estate, or construction is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
