We are hiring a Sales Manager who can drive sales through high-quality leads provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Convert company-generated wedding leads into confirmed bookings

• Manage and guide a sales team to achieve targets

• Assign leads, track performance, and improve conversions

• Conduct team meetings, training, and daily follow-ups

• Prepare basic sales reports and maintain records

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 1–4+ years experience in sales or team handling

• Strong communication & closing skills

• Experience in tele-sales / service industry preferred
