Job Summary:
The Admission Counselor guides prospective students through the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment, while meeting enrollment targets and delivering a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on programs, eligibility, and admissions
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person/online meetings
Process applications and maintain accurate records
Follow up with leads to support enrollments
Participate in admission events and outreach activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems
