Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive – B2B & Admission Counselor to drive membership growth and corporate partnerships at our Sector 9, Noida location. The role combines B2B sales, lead conversion, and client counseling, making it ideal for someone who enjoys people interaction and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales

• Identify and onboard corporate clients, local businesses, and institutions for gym memberships and wellness programs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, and partners

• Pitch customized fitness and wellness solutions to corporate clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets

Admission Counseling (B2C Sales)

• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through calls, digital platforms, and referrals

• Counsel prospective members on membership plans, offers, and fitness programs

• Convert leads into active gym memberships

• Follow up with potential clients to close sales

Sales & Operations Support

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Coordinate with the gym operations and trainer teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for members

• Participate in promotional activities, events, and local marketing initiatives

• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6months-1year of experience in sales, admission counseling, or B2B sales (fitness, wellness, education, or service industry preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

• Interest in fitness and wellness is a big plus
