Responsibilities

1. Finding Customers

   • Identify potential customers (leads)

   • Contact new clients through calls, emails, or meetings

2. Product Knowledge

   • Understand products or services thoroughly

   • Explain features, benefits, and prices to customers

3. Sales & Negotiation

   • Convince customers to buy

   • Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines

4. Meeting Sales Targets

   • Achieve monthly or yearly sales goals

   • Work towards increasing revenue

5. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build long-term relationships with customers

   • Handle customer queries and complaints politely

6. Market Research

   • Observe market trends and competitors

   • Collect customer feedback and share it with the team

7. Reporting

   • Maintain sales records

   • Prepare daily or weekly sales reports

8. After-Sales Service

   • Follow up with customers after sales

   • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
