ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Loan Sales to manage and drive a team of Relationship Managers / Telecallers for sourcing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans (HL), LAP, etc. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, target orientation, and hands-on experience in loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers

  • Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure achievement

  • Handle team productivity, attendance, and performance tracking

  • Support team in lead conversion and customer follow-ups

  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for case login and disbursement

  • Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and pipeline tracking

  • Train new joiners on product knowledge and sales process

  • Ensure compliance with company and banking policies

  • Resolve team issues and escalations

  • Drive revenue growth and improve conversion ratios
