Job description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Venus Consulting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and suggest suitable products/services accordingly.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries on time to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance analysis to the reporting manager.
Candidate Profile
- up to 2 years of experience in Sales
- Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
