Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Sourcing: Actively find new leads through market research, direct meetings, or channel partners to build a sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement: Evaluate customer financial needs, explain loan products, and provide tailored solutions to secure sales.
Loan Processing: Guide clients through the loan application, verify documents, and coordinate with internal teams for sanctions and disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas assigned by the company.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and cross-sell other products like insurance.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
