Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, promoting our services (resume selling process), and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch services under the resume selling process.
• Manage customer interactions with confidence and maintain a professional communication standard.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable service solutions.
• Maintain call records and provide regular updates on progress to the management team.
Requirements
• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Mandatory)
• Experience: 0–1 year in Sales/Tele calling (Freshers with good communication are welcome)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle customer queries over calls effectively.

• Working Days: 6 Days a week

• Training Duration: 3 Days
• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
